Wrapping Removal: By default, all wrapping materials will be placed in designated trash area at client's residence. Crew however will take back any wrapping materials that cannot fit in said area.
Wrapping Disposal Service: Upon request, crew will take all wrapping materials with them. (Charge based on contract cf, at $75/500cf increments)

This estimate, including the new itemized list and additional charges and services described on the left side, is in addition to the original estimate. This is done in order to agree on the price for additional items and services requested today by the customer in addition to the original estimate, which stays unchanged as agreed. The bill of lading for the shipper will reflect both this estimate and the original estimate combined into one final price total for this shipper's move. This estimate is binding upon CNYX and the shipper. Final calculation charges for shipment will be made according to CNYX tariff for transportation and may exceed the approximate cost appearing on your estimate by no more than 15%.

1) I confirm that the crew cleaned the premises from all wrapping and packing materials brought by them.
2) I confirm that no property damage was done by CNYX during the move (interior, floor, staircase, elevator, hallway, yard, etc).
3) CNYX crew picked up all items I have asked them to and there are no other items left behind. I confirm that I have opened & inspected all rooms, cupboards, closets, cabinets, drawers, and any other "hidden areas".
4) I understand additional charges will apply if the crew is to return at a later point in time for more items and that CNYX will not be held responsible for any items left behind after my walkthrough.
